Die Fruchtaromen verändern sich mit dem Alter, also ein junger Amarone ist ein komplett anderes Geschmackserlebnis als dieser gereifte Amarone. Fruchtaromen wandeln sich dabei Richtung Kakao, Vanille und Tabak und lassen die Fruchtigkeit in den Hintergrund treten.
